Made with raw sheep milk, this rustic looking firm Tomme has a smooth and melting paste with notes of fresh hay and herbs. It’s washed orangey rind is covered with fine lines of little white fluff. The word Pastourelle refers to a poetic scene, dating from the Middle Ages, about a knight wooing a sherperdess.
